What dreams are made of...

You know, there's a song by this name by Hillary Duff from a movie I saw many times before.

"What Dreams Are Made Of"
Hey now, Hey now,
Hey now, Hey now,

Have you ever seen such a beautiful night?
I could almost kiss the stars for shining so bright

When I see you smiling, I go
Oh oh oh
I would never want to miss this'cause in my heart I know what this is

[Chorus]

Hey now, Hey now,
This is what dreams are made of
Hey now, Hey now,

This is what dreams are made of
I've got somewhere I belong
I've got somebody to love
This is what dreams are made of

(Hey now) (Hey now)

Have you ever wondered what life is about?
You could search the world and never figure it out

You don't have to sail the oceans
No no no
Happiness is no mystery
It's here now, it's you and me

[Chorus]

Open your eyes (This is what dreams are made of)
Shout to the sky (This is what dreams are made of)
Then I see u smiling, I go
Oh oh oh

Yesterday my life was duller
Now everything's Technicolor

[Chorus:]

(Hey now) (Hey now)
Hey now
This is what dreams
This is what dreams are made of

Hey now, Hey now

This is what dreams are made of
I've got somewhere I belong
I've got somebody to love
This is what dreams are made of

(Hey now) (Hey now) Hey now
This is what dreams

This is what dreams are made of

I am a dreamer - always have been and I guess, in a way, it's part of the system that deeply embedded inside my mind.

Like...why dcontessa? It's because since young, I've always visualised myself as a countess from the olden days of Europe, gracefully walking in the tranquil gardens of Baden-Baden with her count. Daydreaming? Hmmm....

And now, in a couple of weeks' time, I am going to get married again. At 40.
Yet it seems to be my first ever, as the first marriage did not involve any photo session nor a wedding dinner. As always, I have wondered, how does a wedding feel or sound like? The preparations? How do people react? What does a bride do?
Why am I the only one excited about my dresses, bags and shoes...more than anyone else? Am I living in my own dream world? I love my dress...I really do, but seems I am the only one going ga ga over it.

Ah...dreams...
Marriage is about wedded bliss. How can I be a great wife? How do I let go of my independence and strive hard to take care of the home and everything else, and learn to be part of a couple, and always thinking in unity, for the whole family? It's not going to be easy, but I am going to do it.
